I am an artist currently based in Manchester who’s artistic practice centers around Drawing.
Drawing in the metaphysical sense, inspired by Paul Klee and the Process art movement where the physical act of doing became just as much a part of the art work as the art piece itself. My own work tends to focus on the poetics of everyday life from looking at aspects we tend to overlook from a sunrise to sunset and alongside this look at drawing in our everyday environments in that we draw everyday whether we are conscious to it or not. Through the act of walking, writing a list, gesturing with the hands as we speak. They are all things we can take for granted but they are also what makes life, life.
